Last updated: 19 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit fanflowenterprise.com or contact us, why we process it, and what rights you have.

2. What this website collects

This website is a static information site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising scripts, and it does not embed third party fonts, videos or social media widgets.

Like every website, it is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers automatically record technical access data in server log files:

This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks and abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log data is deleted or anonymised by the hosting provider after a short retention period and is not merged with other data.

3. Contacting us by email

If you email us, we process the address you write from, your name if you give it, and the content of your message, in order to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the contact relates to a contract or pre contractual steps, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle the matter, and longer where statutory retention obligations apply. You can ask us to delete it at any time, unless a retention obligation prevents that.

4. Recipients of data

We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising. Data is processed by service providers acting on our behalf, namely our hosting provider and our email provider. They are bound to process data only on our instructions. Data may be transferred to and stored in the United States.

5. Client data

Where we work with a creator as a client, we process further data under a separate written agreement, for example account and performance figures, invoicing details and content material. That processing is governed by the agreement with the client and by this policy where applicable. We treat client figures as confidential and publish them only in anonymised form and with the client's prior consent.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@fanflowenterprise.com. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Children

This website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when our services or the legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
